- ✓1 large Cucumber
- ✓1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- ✓0.5 medium Red Onion
- ✓0.5 cup Feta Cheese
- ✓0.5 cup Kalamata Olives
- ✓2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ✓3 tbsp Olive Oil

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Let cool.
