Ingredients
- ✓2 large Whole-wheat Tortillas
- ✓4 tbsp Hummus
- ✓1 cup Spinach
- ✓0.5 cup Shredded Carrots
- ✓0.5 Cucumber
- ✓0.5 Bell Pepper
Instructions

Lay tortillas flat. Spread 2 tbsp of hummus on each.

Layer spinach, carrots, and sliced cucumber and bell pepper on one half of each tortilla.
