Ingredients
- ✓1 lb Chicken Breast
- ✓2 cups Broccoli Florets
- ✓1 Bell Pepper
- ✓0.25 cup Soy Sauce
- ✓1 tbsp Ginger
- ✓2 cups cooked Brown Rice
Instructions

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice bell pepper.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.

Add broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce and grated ginger.

Stir everything to combine and heat through.

Serve over cooked brown rice.
